Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're a new subscriber and decide the list isn't worth it, email hello@citedthisweek.com within 30 days of your first payment. We'll refund that payment in full, including sales tax, and cancel your subscription. No forms and no hassle.

Cancelling

• You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@citedthisweek.com or through the billing link in your receipts.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep receiving lists until then, and you won't be charged again.
• Outside the 30-day guarantee, we don't give partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice), email us and we'll refund the incorrect charge.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
